📍 Barangay Dontogan, Baguio City

The University of the Cordilleras College of Nursing (UC-CON), in partnership with Barangay Dontogan, successfully conducted a health outreach activity aimed at improving the well-being of local residents.

UC-CON students actively participated by performing health assessments and health education sessions, offering essential services such as medical consultations, health screenings, and disease prevention awareness. The initiative provided an opportunity for nursing students to apply their skills in real-world settings while promoting health and wellness within the community.

The event was supported by various government and non-government organizations and featured Atty. Paolo Raynor Salvosa, who provided free legal consultations to residents. This collaboration not only addressed the immediate healthcare needs of the community but also strengthened partnerships among organizations committed to improving public health outcomes.

Through this outreach activity, UC-CON reaffirmed its dedication to community service and experiential learning, demonstrating the college’s ongoing commitment to fostering compassionate and competent nursing professionals who serve with purpose and integrity.
