Dr. Virgo C. Lopez encouraged students to embrace self-awareness and teamwork as foundations of leadership, reinforcing that effective nursing practice begins with understanding oneself and others.

The “Nurturing Self and Team” workshop reflects UC-CON’s commitment to transformative education, equipping students with the skills to lead and collaborate effectively in healthcare settings.
