Baguio City – June 19, 2025 — As part of its 79th Founding Anniversary celebration, the University of the Cordilleras (UC) recognized the unwavering commitment and service of its employees during the annual UC Employee’s Night held at the UC Gymnasium. Among the honorees were distinguished faculty members from the College of Nursing (UC CON), whose dedication has contributed significantly to the university’s mission of academic and professional excellence.

Service Awards were conferred to the following UC CON faculty members:

• 5 Years of Service
  • Ms. Marie Agnes N. Baniwas
  • Mr. Rambo L. Ebbes
• 20 Years of Service
  • Ms. Marilou N. Banusan
  • Ms. April Anne N. Bocato
  • Ms. Grace C. Espino

In a highlight of the evening, Ms. Marilou N. Banusan was also awarded the title of “Lakambini ng Gabi,” in recognition of her poise, grace, and long-standing service to the university community.

The event served as a celebration of loyalty, professionalism, and excellence—core values that continue to define UC and its faculty.
