Strengthening Academic Collaboration Through Dialogue and Best Practices Sharing

The University of the Cordilleras – College of Nursing and Allied Health Sciences (UC CONAHS) welcomed faculty members from the Bicol University Tabaco Nursing Department for a learning and partnership visit on December 4, 2025, at the UC Conference Room. The engagement provided an opportunity for both institutions to exchange best practices in nursing education, curriculum delivery, faculty development, and community engagement initiatives.
Discussions were dynamic and enriching as faculty from both universities shared insights, compared strategies, and reflected on their respective experiences in teaching and program implementation. The session was marked by productive dialogues, professional camaraderie, and moments of fun and laughter—showcasing the spirit of collaboration while learning together.
