The medical mission offered a wide range of free services, including general health check-ups, pediatric care, distribution of medicines and vitamins, eye check-ups with free reading glasses, bloodletting services, and dental care. UC-CON students actively assisted with registration, vital signs taking, health assessments, and health education activities, and engaged with attendees, exemplifying their commitment to service and the application of their nursing skills.
This large-scale initiative was led by the La Trinidad Valley Eagles Club under the Cordillera Eagles Region I, with support from partners such as the Municipality of La Trinidad, the Coalition of Health Workers Organizations in the Cordillera, and the Philippine Red Cross La Trinidad Chapter. Numerous sponsors, including Hedcor Inc., Aboitiz Power, and Congressman Eric Go Yap, made the mission possible through their generous contributions.
